From Our TreeFort To You

Our Model

TreeFort Ventures evaluates companies for compatibility with our services. For those seeking funding, we can work to make your company “investor ready”.

TreeFort Ventures will help strategize your company’s finances, services, marketing, product development, and business processes. We will assist in defining, documenting, and maturing your company to the point that investors will be attracted.

For mature companies, we offer services to help leadership refresh and invigorate their businesses, solve organizational or operating problems, improve marketing plans and move forward.

Our talent base forms dynamic teams tailored to the specific requirements of your business and needs of each client. You only pay for services you use, and we only bring the best into our portfolio pool.

We do this for a negotiated blend of service fees and equity based on the specifics of each client and the measure of the value we bring to each organization.

About Us

At TreeFort Ventures, we believe we owe our clients our cold, candid appraisal of where they are and what actions will carry them toward their goals. It's part of our professional commitment to their success and ours. Noting what's already going well is reinforcing and easily received. Pointing out shortcomings, problems that need attention, issues that may have been avoided because they are difficult for the business' founders or others, is much more difficult to hear, and even harder to address

But progress starts with truth.

Every one of TFV’s clients have been pushed and stretched in ways they could never have imagined. TFV knows that business is first and foremost about ‘people.’ And when a business fails, it's often a people failure, not a product failure. Failure to face what we know, and don't, what we can do, and can't, what we need to do, but often procrastinate over, and finally, when we need to do things to help a business reach its potential to grow, and to thrive.

No one knows everything... not our clients, not us. But we can identify what needs to be, with clarity and directness. And then TFV has the resources, experience, contacts and skills to help our clients gather the resources needed, assemble the right team, orchestrate the right tasks in the right order to get a business moving aggressively forward.

If you are ready for some straightforward talk about your business and are seeking help to bring it to a new level of achievement, TreeFort Ventures is the place to come.

We may not be right for everyone, but we may be perfect for you!
